	The Pastor Rev. Dr. William Norman Email: pastor@blythwood.org Bill Norman became the pastor at Blythwood Road Church in March 2002. Previous pastorates included Calvary Baptist, Cobourg, Temple Baptist, Windsor and Markham Baptist, Markham, all in Ontario. Bill was born and raised in Toronto and attended post-secondary school at Waterloo Lutheran University (B. A.) and McMaster Divinity College, Hamilton (M. Div.). His D. Min. was earned at Asbury Theological Seminary in Wilmore, Kentucky. Bill has been married to Christine since 1973. They have four children, two grandchildren and a wire-haired dachsund named Zoe. In addition to his pastoral responsibilities Bill enjoys reading, cooking and making sure Zoe gets her daily walk. And yes, it's true, all he wears are bow ties and none of them are pre-tied.

	Associate Pastor David Thomas Email: associatepastor@blythwood.org David Thomas became Associate Pastor responsible for spiritual formation and missions/outreach in August 2011. David graduated in May 2012 from McMaster Divinity College with a Master of Divinity. He has an MBA from the Schulich School of Business and an undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto majoring in English and French language and literature. David lives in Toronto with his wife Nicole. He loves music and cooking outdoors. It was once said of him "There goes David again - always talking God, guitars, or bbq!"

	Assistant to the Pastor Elizabeth White Email: assistant@blythwood.org Elizabeth White has taken on the role of assistant to Pastor Norman and is also responsible for the scheduling of community events in the building. As a member of Blythwood, Elizabeth is on several church committees and is invaluable to the efficient running of the church.

	Director of Music Adolfo De Santis Email: music@blythwood.org Adolfo De Santis is a Canadian-born musician who has lived and studied in Italy, graduating with distinction in piano, composition and orchestral conducting. He took the top prize in the Stresa International Chamber Music Competition. After his experience as music director with organizations like Opera Buffa and Centuries Opera, he is now opera director and coach of the Toronto Opera Repertoire, with Giuseppe Macina as artistic director. Adolfo has a wide ranging music career in the Toronto area and became Blythwood's Director of Music October 1, 2007. Adolfo is married to Meng Zhang and they have one child, Leonardo.

	Church Secretary & Book Keeper Jennifer Frank Email: office@blythwood.org Jennifer Frank brings a strong background in association, event and meeting management with over eight years experience focussed on the non-profit sector. Jennifer currently volunteers with the Out Of The Cold program. A graduate of Ryerson and George Brown College, Jennifer and her family have resided within the Blythwood neighbourhood for over 25 years.

	Custodian Dan Ralph Dan Ralph, a longtime member of Blythwood Church joined the staff as custodian in 2008. Indispensible to the running of Blythwood, Dan has also provided his musical and sound expertise to the services. A graduate of George Brown College in graphic design, Dan is an avid musician, artist and father of two teenage children.
