Adolfo De Santis is a Canadian-born musician who has lived and studied in Italy, graduating with distinction in piano, composition and orchestral conducting. He took the top prize in the Stresa International Chamber Music Competition.
After his experience as music director with organizations like Opera Buffa and Centuries Opera, he is now the opera director and coach of the Toronto City Opera. Adolfo has a wide-ranging music career in the Toronto area and became Blythwood's Director of Music October 1, 2007.
