Leadership

Blythwood Road Baptist Church is administered through a congregational form of church government. Members of the congregation are ultimately responsible for approving the mission and programme of the church. The congregation meets twice yearly to celebrate God's faithfulness and approve plans for the future work of the church. Blythwood Road Baptist Church is linked to the wider work of the church through voluntary associations with Canadian Baptists of Ontario and Quebec (www.baptist.ca) and various national and international Baptist groups.

The congregation entrusts the week-to-week administration of the church and its programmes to the pastor and staff who work in partnership with the appointed boards and committees.
